Perfect Optimizer Review

Perfect Optimizer is the strongest competitor for Registry Easy, and I must say it exceeded my expectation and almost became our favourite new and best registry cleaner! If you look at the rating we gave perfect optimizer, it exceeded registry easy in every way, and it cost a bit more…

In terms of features, Perfect Optimizer almost identical to Registry Easy, with 1-click maintenance, evidence cleaner, duplicate file finder, shortcut and junk file cleaner,  ActiveX blocker, system optimizer, Internet and start up optimizer, and much more! Let’s see how it performs in each category:

Error Detection

I am surprise to see Perfect Optimizer actually found more errors than Registry Easy! However, result is highly dependable on a different machine, but at least in our test environment, it could find more errors than Registry Easy! I must give this a 5/5!

Scan Efficiency

Not particularly fast, but decently quick to detect such an amount of errors, this is another 5/5 rating! However, in comparison with Registry Easy, the scanned result formatting is not as categorized and easy to manage, it will discourage manual exclusion of registry entries, just too much work.

Safe To Repair

Auto backup before cleaning, that is nice! However, no clear listing and of errors and allow for manual exclusion makes it less safe to repair. Don’t let this discourage you, because most end user didn’t need it, only computer enthusiast and power user will use it.

Additional Tools

This is the strongest part of Perfect Optimizer! It added spyware cleaner, file associate repair, disk defragger and  worm blocker as opposed to Registry Easy, that’s a big double thumb up for Perfect Optimizer!

ActiveX Protection

Yes, included, also added worm blocker, makes it even better in computer protection.

Deep Scan

Yes, detail and deep scanning provided, even better than Registry Easy!

Boost PC Speed

Same as Registry Easy, they both slightly increased the system performance.

User Friendliness

The interface is clean and nice place to be. However, I found there is a bit delay from click to the interface of each section shows up, and this is a bit annoying, hopefully it will do better in the future.

Value VS Money

This is absolutely a bargain! You really don’t want to miss it!

Task Scheduler

It comes with task scheduler under system maintenance menu, I think if they rename it to task scheduler would be better!

Overall

In overall, I would recommend Perfect Optimizer over Registry Easy, but we still think ACA Utilities takes all! For another $17 you get all 15 utilities for your computer, that’s even valued for money! Unless you insist on just getting the best registry cleaner for your computer, you can disregard all other tools and just get Perfect Optimizer – Highly recommended!Error Detection
